Senior Upholsterer / Motor Trimmer

Due to continued growth in a booming industry, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Upholsterer / Motor Trimmer to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tradesperson who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to play a key role in a high-performing production environment.
About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Upholstery Team Leader, you will be a critical part of the upholstery function, working across our motorhome range and helping maintain and lift the standard of quality, efficiency, and consistency.
You will work in a team environment and play a vital role in ensuring a high standard of work is delivered on time, consistently and efficiently.
This is an exciting time in our business as we continue to improve our LEAN practices and work towards World Class Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
* Full upholstery and motor trimming work including:
* Seating
* Cab fit-outs
* Cutting, fitting and finishing materials
* Sewing machine operation (essential)
* Fitting and stapling of covers and components
* Quality control of finished work
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
* Contributing to improving methods, efficiency and standards
* Ensuring strict adherence to WHS and safety standards

About You
You are an experienced upholsterer / motor trimmer who:
* Has strong, hands-on industry experience (automotive, marine, RV or similar)
* Takes pride in high-quality, consistent workmanship
* Is reliable, organised and sets a high standard of work
* Has strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Works well in a team environment and supports others
* Is quality-focused, efficient and safety-conscious
