Job Description
Are you passionate about driving growth, building lasting client relationships, and delivering excellence in the mining and minerals industry? We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Perth. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by identifying opportunities, developing innovative solutions, and collaborating with diverse teams across our organization.

Your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Drive revenue growth through effective sales activity in identified markets, proactively building a solid pipeline and successfully converting opportunities to achieve KPIs.
2. Ensure sales activities contribute to strong margin growth by strategically assessing clients and projects.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities and service improvements.
4. Collaborate with the Natural Resources sales team and other business unit sales teams to share opportunities, work on cross-functional initiatives, and grow both new and existing client accounts.
5. Identify strategic opportunities through market analysis and sales development.
6. Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders while upholding a commitment to customer service excellence.
7. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for service enhancements or new offerings.
8. Collaborate on onsite lab sales proposals and responses to RFPs/RFQs and tenders, ensuring project scope, schedules, and budgets are accurately planned and communicated.
9. Work with the National Sales and Marketing team on strategic initiatives to develop cross-promotional synergies and programs.
10. Represent the organization at industry events such as trade shows, conferences, and conventions.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
* Experience working in a sales environment.
* Experience working in a minerals laboratory environment.
* Knowledge of onsite laboratory operations in mine-site settings.
* Familiarity with the mining and minerals industry.
