Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to provide exceptional service and support in a dynamic warehouse environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customers receive accurate and timely information related to their parts needs.
The role involves dealing with customer enquiries, locating Cat parts, following up outstanding jobs, and performing system-based parts interpreting using digital and print resources. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for managing stock levels, ensuring company accounts receivable processes are adhered to, and assisting with display area operations and stock cleanliness.
Key skills and attributes required include mechanical knowledge, exceptional communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, experience working on different systems, and excellent organisational skills. Knowledge of Caterpillar products is preferred but not essential.
