Key responsibilities include:
* Providing brief evidence-based interventions and counselling to job seekers and injured workers to improve mental health and wellbeing, and promote recovery
* Undertaking vocational and psychological assessments to assist in determining vocational needs, psychological capabilities and overall functioning to inform and support return to work facilitation
* Delivering prevention, rehabilitation, and training services to minimise the impact of injuries, illness, and disability

* Professional registration with AHPRA, ASORC
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
