Working alongside the Senior Marketing Specialist for Hospital Care, you will be responsible for bringing campaigns to life, from digital assets to event logistics and ensuring company brands show up consistently and professionally across all touchpoints. Build and schedule EDMs Draft and publish social media posts aligned to campaign themes (LinkedIn, Instagram) Track campaign performance and provide reporting insights Work with the design team to create, update or rebrand supplier brochures Create flyers, product information sheets and presentations Format case studies and customer stories Support new product launches with coordinated marketing materials Ensure all assets align with brand guidelines and will resonate with customer personas. Coordinate event administration for NZ events Manage staff and equipment schedules, registrations, online promotion and communications (internal and external) Organise collateral, merchandise and stand design Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to keep everything on track Skills and Experience: 5 years’ experience in a B2B marketing role, preference given to professional services experience. A good eye for design and experience using Canva, Powerpoint, Adobe Acrobat, Photo editing tools, Word, Excel, WordPress and HubSpot. Experience building EDMs in HubSpot and managing email lists Excellent written English and ability to produce quality marketing copy for a B2B audience Attention to detail, accurate and responsive with strong organisational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines A collaborative mindset, willingness to take ownership and flexible when faced with change MUST have full NZ working rights.
