The Role
Lead and oversee all maintenance coordination, lease renewals, and key tenant communications
Take charge of rent arrears and complex tenancy matters, with the full backing of a highly capable team
Conduct and manage final bond inspections and entry/exit reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service standards
Attractive salary up to $95K + Super + monthly bonuses, PLUS car allowance and phone allowance on top of your base.
What we are looking for
12+ months' experience in portfolio or property management
Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
Driver's license & reliable car
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to grow within a high-performing team
