Product Engineering Team
The product engineering team focuses on delivering practical AI solutions for contact centre environments. Our existing Studio product stack leverages PHP/Laravel, Python, and Vue.js technology deployed in private and public clouds. We utilize cloud AI services like Azure OpenAI, Google AI APIs, IBM Watson, and Amazon Lex.
Software Engineer Role
The Software Engineer in the R&D AI Automation Team designs, develops, and maintains software solutions with drag-drop flow builders and execution engines integrating multiple channels such as voice, SMS, and chatbots with our contact centre voice solution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop software solutions across backend, front-end, and interaction management platforms to deliver end-to-end features.
Collaborate with product owners and designers to expand feature sets and create high-quality user interfaces.
Take operational responsibility for service performance and quality, potentially including participating in an on-call rotation.
The engineer will delve into cutting-edge technologies and work with the products team to drive innovation and growth.
