We are looking for driven Sales Representative to be at the forefront of an exciting new product launch for Uber Eats. You will join a small, high-performing team operating in a start-up–style environment, working closely with restaurant partners and senior leadership across the Uber Eats business.
This is a fast-paced, execution-focused role where activity, momentum, and results matter. You will be responsible for driving adoption of a new product across existing restaurant partners on the Uber Eats platform, as well as acquiring new partners to build early market traction and hit ambitious growth targets.

What You'll Do
* High-impact partner engagement: Engage directly with existing Uber Eats restaurant partners to clearly communicate the new product proposition, handle objections, and convert partners to the new product to meet or exceed sales targets.
* High-volume sales execution: Operate in a fast-paced environment with an expectation to make a high volume of outbound sales calls on a weekly basis to drive adoption, acquisition, and revenue.
* Targeted acquisition: Identify, prospect, and onboard new restaurants that are a strong fit for the product, contributing to overall growth and market penetration.
* Product expertise: Become a subject matter expert on the new product, its features, benefits, and supporting tools. Confidently address partner questions and position value throughout the sales cycle.
* End-to-end partner experience: Support onboarding and activation of new restaurants, upskill partners to be launch-ready, and provide ongoing support to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
* Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with strategy and operations teams to elevate issues, resolve partner questions, and ensure a seamless experience.
* Continuous improvement: Build strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners, collect feedback, and capture insights to inform future product iterations and improvements.
What You'll Need
* 2+ years of sales experience: Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through onboarding, activation, and revenue generation, including objection handling related to product usage and commercial or legal terms.
* Executional excellence: Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while continuously improving performance.
* High-volume sales capability: Comfortable with high activity expectations, including frequent outbound calling and consistent pipeline management.
* Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and empathetically with a wide range of partners.
* Negotiation, sales & business acumen: Skilled at building relationships that drive long-term value for both Uber Eats and its partners.
* Adaptability: Quick learner of new tools, products, and processes, with the ability to work autonomously in a self-starting environment.
* Phone-based or outbound sales experience
* Previous quota-carrying roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
