Responsibilities
* Provide confidential, effective and efficient administration and secretarial support to the ODDG, SPPD as required. This includes procurement, finance and human resource reporting, records management, assistance with correspondence.
* Coordinate Human Resources administration for the unit including Human Resources forms, attendance sheets and systems applications.
* Preparation and initial analysis of periodic finance and human resources performance reports for the ODDG.

* High level written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively with officer at all levels with integrity, tact, ethical conduct, confidentiality and ensuring client interest.
* Demonstrated ability to provide efficient and effective administrative and secretariat support.
* Proven ability to work both in a team and autonomously and use initiative in the absence of decision-makers to establish work priorities and meet deadlines.
