Electronic Assembly Specialist
The Electronic Assembly Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of manufactured products. This position involves conducting thorough inspections, performing tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular inspections on products and components to ensure compliance with specifications throughout the manufacturing process.
* Perform precise functional, dimensional, and visual inspections using specialized tools.
* Document defects, deviations, and non-conformances, working closely with production to resolve issues efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality reports.
* Assist in developing and updating quality control procedures and assembly protocols.
* Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to schematics and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Perform soldering and wiring of circuits and assemblies, ensuring proper alignment, calibration, and functionality.
* Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and manufacturing protocols at all times.
* Support the maintenance and accuracy of the Master Bill of Materials.
* Perform equipment validation to meet company standards and ISO compliance requirements.
* Coordinate the control and disposition of internal quality processes and engineering change orders.
