The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting services to our customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.

To succeed in this position, you will require:
* 12-18 months' experience in a Service Desk role or three years' in a customer support-focused position
* Degree-educated, preferably in Information Technology or Computer Science, or a Certificate IV qualification
* Demonstrable industry-based technical aptitude, including knowledge of current Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Suites
You will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
