AWX is currently seeking reliable and motivated Factory Workers to join a leading manufacturer of sustainable food packaging solutions, based in Narangba This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established company that supplies high-quality packaging for for all major retailers across Australia. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on, fast-paced work Key Responsibilities: Pack and assemble a variety containers and packaging products Labelling finished products Making boxes and preparing packaging for dispatch Moving pallets from production lines to the warehouse (using manual handling tools or pallet jacks) Work on a fast-paced production line with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Perform quality checks and visual inspections to ensure compliance with specifications Maintain a clean and organised workstation Follow all workplace health, hygiene, and safety procedures About You: Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or packaging environment is advantageous but not essential Physically fit and comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and within a team Full working rights in Australia What's on Offer: Monday to Friday (no weekend shifts) A clean, well-organised, and supportive team environment Ongoing training and development opportunities Hours- Dayshift : 7am-3pm Afternoon Shift : 3pm-11pm If you're looking to join a stable, growth-focused company and can start immediately, APPLY NOW or contact our friendly team on 3238 0800 to inquire and secure your place.
