Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service and recreation programs in our facilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and facilitating recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining rosters, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and facilitate recruitment and onboarding processes for Customer Service Officers
* Maintain appropriate rostering, supervision, and performance management of customer service staff
* Support the Coordinator Customer Experience in delivering high-quality customer service
* Establish and promote an organisational culture committed to safety
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of current recreation trends, development, and evaluation of recreation programs and services
* Knowledge and demonstrated understanding of public health and safety issues and relevant guidelines and regulations
* Excellent communication skills and ability to gain cooperation with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures
* Ability to interact effectively with customers, identify customer needs, and respond accordingly
* Tertiary qualifications relating to leisure, sport, or recreation management, including human resource and customer service disciplines
* Current First Aid Certificate, Working With Children Check, and Current Driver's Licence
