Support Worker
Sundale Ltd is seeking a Support Worker to join our team, providing exceptional care services and promoting independence for residents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering safe and effective support under supervision, assisting residents with daily living activities, and supporting their emotional needs.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Providing daily living assistance such as personal care, food service, and cleaning tasks that reflect the individual needs and preferences of each resident
* Maintaining accurate records of care, ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
* Upholding residents' independence, privacy, and dignity in all interactions
* Delivering care in a manner that incorporates Infection Control and Work, Health and Safety principles
* Participating actively in workgroup meetings and supporting feedback systems
* Working collaboratively as part of a team to assist with various activities beyond daily living support
