Job Title: Administrative Coordinator


Key Responsibilities:

* Evaluate vehicle eligibility for warranty services.
* Communicate with workshop staff on warranty-related matters.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of warranty claims.
* Verify repair orders are completed accurately and signed correctly.
* Manage warranty parts storage according to distributor guidelines.
* Negotiate with manufacturers as needed.
* Submit timely and accurate warranty claims.
