A great opportunity located in Meridan Plains, only 7km's from Caloundra's beaches, as Facilities Caretaker, you'll be managing all the on-going maintenance of the community's gardens, grounds and facilities. Engaging with the homeowners and helping to promote a positive environment within the community.
A permanent, full-time position, Monday - Friday, 6.00am - 2.00pm.

Position Description:
* Maintain and manage the community grounds, gardens, and recreation facilities, ensuring quality on-going operational maintenance
* Oversee and manage all contractors/service providers to ensure compliance guidelines, policies, and procedures
* Manage routine and scheduled maintenance and safety requirements of facilities, equipment, and plant (ie: test and tag, pool testing)
* Facilitate and manage all operational activities within budget
* Engage and build strong relationships with homeowners
* Manage community security
* Actively participate in Caretaker meetings and completion of all relevant reporting as required
Position Requirements:
* Preferably or similar experience working within a community/lifestyle environment such as Retirement Living, Caravan Parks, Commercial Facilities, Schools, Hotels, Motels
* Experience in gardening maintenance, general maintenance and amenity cleaning
* Strong communicator, you're a natural at engaging and building relationships
* Hold a Commercial Operators Licence in compliance with the Agricultural Chemicals Distribution Control Act 1966 (ACDC) for weed spraying (however not essential, can be assisted in obtaining)
* Competent computer skills
* Current General First Aid Certificate (or a refresher can be arranged)
* Current full drivers licence/own vehicle required to commute to/from work, a work ute is available during the day
