Hogan Gully Farm is an exciting new golf course resort being developed by Trojan Holdings Ltd near Queenstown, New Zealand. Situated on a 158‑hectare site surrounded by a stunning mountain landscape, the 18‑hole championship golf course integrates visitor and residential accommodation, along with complementary facilities such as a driving range, clubhouse with retail services, changing facilities, a café/bar, and restaurant. The project also includes a substantial ecological restoration and enhancement initiative spanning 39 hectares.
What You'll Be Doing
* Service and repair specialist golf equipment, including green mowers (walk‑behind and ride‑on), fairway and rough mowers, aerators, verticutters, topdressers, and utility vehicles, sprayers, and bunker rakes.
* Service and maintenance of general vehicles and equipment across the resort.
* Diagnose and fix mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
* Perform scheduled maintenance to minimise downtime.
* Maintain accurate service records and manage parts inventory.
* Work closely with the course superintendent to prioritise repairs.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a mechanic (turf or agricultural equipment preferred).
* Strong knowledge of small engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
* Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
* Relevant trade certification.
