About the role
Join the team at Port City Engines' as an Online Engine Parts Listing specialist. In this full-time role based in Portland, VIC, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our online catalogue of high-quality engine parts and accessories. What you'll be doing
- Accurately list current engine parts and accessories on our e-commerce platform
- Update existing product listings with accurate descriptions, images and pricing
- Monitor stock levels and flag low inventory items for replenishment
- Respond to customer inquiries about product availability and specifications
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content and promotions
- Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for product expansion or optimisation
- Maintain a high level of organisation and attention to detail in our online catalogue
