We are a Public Accounting & Tax Practice that require a highly motivated Business Development Representative to bring in new business clients. Your job will be to directly target and approach suitable small to medium businesses and arrange introductions to help us win their business.
Candidates must have a minimum 3+ years of sales or business development experience.
Experience in accounting or professional services is preferred but not essential.
The services we offer prospective clients include Accounting & Tax, Bookkeeping & Business Advisory.
You will also be approaching possible business referrers such as Business Brokers, Legal Firms and Real Estate Agents with a view to promoting our services.
We will train you in the services we offer but you will need to be experienced in "getting in the door" and accessing the decision maker.
You will be judged primarily based on your results, not on hour-to-hour activity.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be well presented, have the gift of the gab, and not be afraid to cold call potential clients. To help, we will assist with targeted marketing campaigns.
Our offices are based in the Western Suburbs, but this role operates under a hybrid arrangement combining office and remote work.
The successful applicant can expect a good base salary. commissions, car allowance and expense reimbursement.
