**The role**
- You will gain full exposure to all stages of development, acquisition, feasibility, design, construction, delivery, and marketing in the Residential Land (Communities) Team and be mentored by some of the best in the business.
- Support company leadership in ensuring project delivery is to schedule and achieve cost objectives.
- Sales contracts and settlement administration.
- Working with external stakeholders including consultants, council, services authorities, etc.
- Collaborate with internal terms and resources on a range of matters, such as planning, design, engineering, legal, sales, and marketing
- Assist with monitoring progress on-site, participate in site meetings, and monitor actions out of these meetings.
**About you**
- Must have ADM experience OR alternatively, experience in a Junior/Assistant Project Manager role with a PM consultancy
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Engineering, Construction, or a related field
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of the commerciality of property development - ideally in Greenfield Subdivisions
- An ambitious, creative, lateral thinker that shares the company's corporate values and is a team player.
