Job Title: IT Procurement & Department Administrator
This is a 12-month temporary position based at our head office in Mulgrave, Victoria. As an IT Procurement and Department Administrator, you will join our high-performing IT team and be responsible for IT Procurement and IT Department Administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate procurement requirements for IT goods and services, including purchase requisitions, SLA requisitions, hardware/software maintenance requisitions, ad-hoc purchase requisitions, and all others.
* Register purchase requisitions and receipt of goods and services in the appropriate systems.
* Manage sundry invoices/cross-charging to other departments.
* Maintain overall understanding of the IT goods & services purchased.
* In conjunction with IT-Controlling, maintain an overview of invoice and SLA status and report to management on a monthly basis.
* Facilitate and support efficiency opportunities across the IT procurement process.
* Other administrative services relating to procurement of IT goods and services.
Department Coordination:
* Maintain IT communications such as departmental overviews for visitors, organisation charts, induction and training packs for new starters.
* Maintain internal admin tasks such as KPI reporting and dashboards.
* Event coordination for workshops and conferences.
* Schedule, prepare, and facilitate recurring meetings (IT-Shopfloor, IT Demand Forum).
* Assist People & Culture Team with team activities such as internal get-togethers and social activities.
* Update regional stakeholders and counterparts upon request (this includes dashboards, PowerPoint presentations, and all other requests from the central/regional teams).

* Knowledge of SAP.
