You will generate sales of Ausreo products for building and construction projects across Victoria, including government projects, civil infrastructure, commercial, industrial, and residential high-rise developments.Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager – Major Projects, your responsibilities will include:Maximizing sales opportunities by liaising with customers in Government, Tier 1, and Tier 2 sectors;Maintaining relationships with key decision-makers to promote Ausreo products and services, aiming for maximum sales margins;Coordinating all functions to fulfill contract supply requirements;Preparing pricing strategies and quotations;Promoting value-added products and interpreting building plans to identify opportunities;Collaborating with Sales team members and Service Centres on customer and project advice, and negotiating supply agreements;Ensuring high-quality delivery of products and services;Coordinating with Schedulers, Service Centres, Production, and Dispatch teams for customer orders and deliveries.To Be SuccessfulKnowledge of products and services within the Construction and Building Industry;Proven success in field sales;Customer-focused with strong communication skills;High-level negotiation skills;Existing network and ability to develop long-term relationships;Research skills to target appropriate segments.This is an exciting opportunity for career development within Ausreo.
