A global leader in sustainable environmental solutions is seeking a high-energy Customer Care Officer to join their high-performing team. This is not just a "call center" role; you will be a critical link between corporate clients and logistics operations, ensuring that essential services are delivered seamlessly across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a high volume of inbound inquiries regarding service bookings, billing, and general account management.
* Act as a problem-solver for complex service issues, including missed collections, invoice disputes, and contract queries.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
* Collaborate with Operations, Transport, and Sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer pain points.
* Provide information to customers regarding recycling initiatives and sustainable waste solutions.
About you:
* Minimum 2+ years in a busy customer service or contact center environment (experience in logistics, waste, or industrial services is a plus).
* Strong proficiency in CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and ERP software (ideally SAP).
* Exceptional verbal and written English skills with a high level of attention to detail.
* A "can-do" attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving office environment.
