Job Purpose
To support the day to day operation of the play center, ensuring a protected, clean and fun setting for children and families. Team members place a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, supervising play areas, hosting birthday parties, and assisting in the cafe.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
* Host birthday parties.
* Assist in the cafe (taking orders, serving food/drinks, basic food prep).
* Clean and reset party rooms, tables and play equipment.
* Follow health and safety guidelines, including child safety policies.
* Work collaboratively with the team and follow instructions from supervisor.
Who we're looking for
* Age 16 + (we welcome junior staff and provide training).
* Friendly, energetic, and good with kids.
* Reliable and able to follow instructions.
* Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, high‐energy environment.
* Available on weekends and during school holidays (our busiest times).
* Willing to learn and help in all areas of the center.

Employment Information
* Employment type: Casual - weekend and school holiday availability essential.
* Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour.
* Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week.
