Competitive salary package including $100,000 salary (weekly pay) plus superannuation Relocation assistance to Mount Isa, Qld Motor vehicle provided for work purposes and local personal use Well-appointed house provided in Mount Isa (pay your amenities only) Freedom to organise your work hours and client appointments to optimise your days Employee benefits, including benevolent charity salary packaging of $15,900+, and an employee assistance program with a unique difference Return flight to a capital city or major town in Australia once per year The opportunity to make a real impact in the local community ~What you'll be doing~ First and foremost, providing face-to-face in-clinic and home-visit appointments with a variety of clients Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored care plans Providing individualised occupational therapy interventions to improve clients' independence, quality of life and achieve their NDIS and other personal goals Maintaining client records and reporting as required, with great AI tools and administrators to minimise your desk-based work Paid participation in professional development activities that are of interest to you Meeting reasonable KPI's of 20 billable hours per week ~What we're looking for~ Someone with a desire for making a positive difference in the lives of others An adventurous person, looking to experience work and life in NW Qld Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of the community without judgement Degree qualification in Occupational Therapy, with current AHPRA registration Demonstrated experience (at least 12 months) in an occupational therapy role, preferably with exposure to delivering NDIS services and associated requirements and reporting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families and other stakeholders ~About us~ RedDoor Community Services is a not-for-profit organisation that has been providing NDIS and social services in Mount Isa and Cloncurry since 2016.
