Job Description
We're seeking a Digital Consultant (2+ years) to deliver a range of services to our clients including digital strategy, data management, system deployments, reporting and analytics. To deliver these services you will need to blend technical capability with a consulting skillset. As part of this role, you will need to support the completion of key commission deliverables and be confident enough to engage directly with client stakeholders. It is preferred you have had experience delivering large scale data and digital transformation initiatives, experience within the construction/property industry is seen as advantageous. The technical experience required to effectively deliver in this role includes activities typically performed by experienced business analysts. Your technical capability will need to be complemented with a foundation in consulting, these skills will include diagnostic analysis, report development, stakeholder engagement and strategic planning. Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in either; Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, Data/Analytics, or equivalent experience.
* 2+ years in technical consulting across digital strategy, data, integrations, BI/analytics.
* Proven team leadership experience (mentoring juniors, leading small delivery squads).
* Hands‐on proficiency in data platforms & BI (e.g., SQL, dbt, Snowflake/BigQuery/Azure Synapse; Power BI/Tableau/Looker).
* Experience with system deployments and integrations (APIs, ETL/ELT, CI/CD fundamentals).
* Strong grasp of data governance, security, privacy, and compliance implications.
* Excellent stakeholder management: translating business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.
* Demonstrated business development support (solutioning, scoping, proposal creation).
* Strong executive presence, collaborative, creative articulate and concise in key report findings and recommendations.
* Reliable governance, documentation, and risk management.
* Outcome-driven with the ability to deliver client value and identify new opportunities.
* Adaptable and confident in high‐pressure environments.
