* Experience Working with the Australian Defence Force: Essential for success in this role.
* Australian Defence Force Aviation Operations Knowledge: Required for effective technical support.
* EBF System Proficiency: Strong skills in using EFB systems on Apple iOS devices are necessary.
* Communication and Training Skills: Develop and deliver training content, support materials, and structured instruction to end-users.
* Defence Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging and influencing Defence stakeholders.
* Security Clearance: Eligibility to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance (minimum NV1, NV2 preferred).
