YOUR ROLE As a Test Analyst, you will implement the test strategy for a high-profile, complex enterprise transformation program involving over 50 system integrations. This role requires working collaboratively with the project team to identify, develop, and execute functional and non-functional test scripts. MACS is looking for 4 Testers with the following specialities: HCM Tester Integration Tester Procurement Tester Finance Tester Job Description WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead the execution of test strategies, plans, and test execution activities to support implementation of system changes. Conduct assigned test activities in alignment with agreed timelines. Develop and execute test plans for SAP modules across multiple workstreams Coordinate defect management and reporting Perform integration, API, and end-to-end testing Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality delivery ABOUT YOU Demonstrated hands-on SAP testing experience across large or complex environment Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and/or SuccessFactors Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology Demonstrated expertise across all test phases including system testing, SIT, UAT, payroll, parallel testing, data migration, and production verification testing. Proven capability in test planning, execution, defect management, reporting, and driving continuous improvements using tools such as JIRA, X-Ray, Tosca.
