The Role
Chef de Partie Full-time or Part-time Hepburn Pavilion Café is part of the iconic Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa, one of Australia's most loved wellness destinations. We're a busy, welcoming café serving locals and visitors in a beautiful natural setting — and we're growing our team. We are seeking a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in our busy café environment.
Responsibilities include:
* Running a section during service
* Preparing, cooking and plating food to a high standard
* Maintaining food safety and cleanliness
You will have:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* A love of fresh, quality food
* Strong teamwork and time management skills
* Availability across weekdays and weekends and public holidays

Essentials:
* Police Check, will be required if successful
