Remuneration: $34.78 - $35.88 per hour + Superannuation

What You'll Be Doing
* Undertake administrative tasks including typing of letters/policies, faxing, collecting medical records, telephone calls, mailing, filing, record compilation, calendar bookings.
* Assist with workforce matters including rostering, recruitment, leave and booking/requesting casual staff for Unit.
* Undertake office administration and management, maintaining and ordering stock, stationery, and other supplies.
* Provide administrative assistance to meetings.
* Assist with scheduling and administration of education and in-service sessions.

How To Apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible:
* Certificate III in Health Administration or Office Administration, or recent administration experience, preferably within a Healthcare setting.
* Excellent communication skills including excellent spelling and comprehension, excellent verbal communication skills, and demonstrated ability to deal confidently and courteously with patients and health professionals
* Demonstrated experience in the MS Office Suite of applications, spreadsheet and database software, electronic scheduling and email systems.
* Demonstrated strong organisational and time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
* Demonstrated capacity to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment.
* Demonstrated ability to adhere to the defined standards of ethical and professional conduct consistent with the current NSW Health Code of Conduct and/or relevant professional standards where applicable.
