Client Care Assistant
We are seeking a full-time Client Care Assistant to join our team in Ballarat, VIC.
This is an on-site role where you will assist clients with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, transportation, community access, and domestic responsibilities.
You will also support clients in developing life skills, attend appointments, and provide in-home respite care.
* Aptitude for providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
* Proficiency in coordinating support services, scheduling tasks, and managing time effectively
* Capacity to provide compassionate and respectful care to people of all identities and age groups
A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or a related field is highly desirable. CPR and First Aid certification required. A valid driver's license and reliable transport are also needed.
