Scale up or down in line with business pace while maintaining a quality product delivered on the plate.
Be energetic and enthusiastic with the ability to manage upwards and downwards.
Form solid relationships with senior stakeholders.
Be organised, motivated, responsible, accountable and be accustomed to meeting deadlines.
