About The Role
This role is based at the POS Services hub at the front of our store. Your main responsibilities include:
* Processing customers sales through POS in a friendly and efficient manner
* Greeting, engaging and enabling customers entering the store to identify their needs and support their shopping experience
* Handling customer enquiries in regards to returns, exchanges and warranties
* Handling transactions efficiently at the register.
* Keeping the store looking fresh by restocking and merchandising products.
* Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and welcoming for every shopper.
* Working as part of a team to achieve sales goals and deliver top-notch service.
* Supporting in different departments across the store
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join us at Anaconda.
* A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for our products
* Experience with face to face customer service
* Knowledge of POS systems and money handling
* Confidence in managing customer returns and warranty enquiries
* Strong communication skills and a friendly approach
* Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
