We’re looking for a talented litigator with 3–5 years of post-admission experience to join our growing litigation and dispute resolution practice.
You’ll work alongside highly experienced practitioners, gaining exposure to quality work, clients, and the courts, without the red tape of a top-tier firm.
Responsibilities
Contract and commercial disputes
Shareholder, partnership and director disputes
Debt recovery and enforcement
Property, leasing and strata disputes
Restraint of trade and employment matters
Regulatory and administrative law issues
You’ll manage your files (with guidance as needed), attend court, liaise directly with clients and counsel, and contribute to strategic case planning.
What we’re looking for
3–5 years PAE in commercial litigation
Solid legal research, drafting and file management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident in client interaction and managing competing deadlines
A collaborative mindset and a commercial approach to solving problems
