Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESProvide general administrative support to office team membersHandle phone calls, emails, and postage to/from clientsHandle correspondences with ATO via Tax Agent Portal, mail and phone callsLiaise with clients about general queries and invoicesAssist with the preparation of documents including word processing, photocopying, and binding.General office duties and other administrative tasks (ad hoc).
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEWorking proficiency in MS Office Suites.Permanent Residency in Australia.OTHER REQUIREMENTSProactive, detail-oriented, multi taskedStrong communication skill – both written and verbalExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProfessional presentation and customer-service mindset
