Job no: 943146 Work type: Permanent / Part time Location: Sydney City Position based at Myer Sydney City Permanent part time position, 30 hours per week WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE ROLE As a Fragrance Stylist, you will embody the Chanel House and its values and be responsible for making our Myer Sydney counter the ultimate destination for Fragrance by creating unique fragrance journeys for our clients. Key Responsibilities: ·Share inspiring and immersive storytelling & knowledge on all Chanel Fragrance interpretations (from all iconic lines to Les Grands Classiques, Les Exclusifs, Les Extraits, Les Eaux) with our clients and with your team. ·Surpass client expectations by creating personalized experiences using the Chanel experience rituals to take the client on a romantic journey of discovery. ·Proactively invite clients to the counter by recruiting and outreach as well as utilising the Chanel service menu. ·Take ownership of your learning to become the ultimate Fragrance Stylist and foster the learning culture of the counter. As a Fragrance Stylist you embody CHANEL Fragrance Expertise and Singularity on a daily basis, whilst creating consistent and memorable experiences, elevating the House reputation and fostering long-term client relationships. YOU ARE ENERGIZED BY Success in this role requires a strong client experience mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. You should enjoy developing client relationships, driving sales, and staying updated on industry trends. WHAT YOU WILL BRING • A strong knowledge or interest in beauty and specifically in the fragrance category. • Excellent customer service skills, preferably in a client facing position, • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining luxury service standards. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish emotional connections with clients.
