Barista & Cafe All-Rounders (Sunshine Plaza)
Noosa Chocolate Factory is looking for enthusiastic Baristas & Café All-Rounders to join the team at our established Sunshine Plaza location.
About the role
This is a casual position (approx. 25 hours per week) with the opportunity to move to full-time for the right candidate. You'll be working in a high-paced café environment serving premium coffee, chocolate drinks, and our signature handmade products.
What we're looking for
* Barista and food handling experience preferred
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
* Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
* Availability to work across a 7-day roster including weekends
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
