Group Sales Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Group Sales Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating group bookings and building strong client relationships.

2. Manage group bookings and coordinate all details of the group experience from start to finish
3. Serve as the key liaison between clients and hotel departments to ensure a seamless and successful stay
4. Prepare reports and documentation including booking pace and group pickup
5. Support the sales team with site tours, client visits, and special events related to group sales
6. Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients throughout the entire group booking journey, from initial inquiry to post-stay follow-up
Requirements:
* Previous experience in hotel sales, front office, or reservation is strongly preferred
* Passion for delivering excellent client experiences and client engagement
* Confidence in proactively preventing problems and handling service recovery when needed
* Love of working in a fast-paced and motivated team with a desire to take the next step in your career
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Strong administrative and time-management abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn new things
