Great Ocean Road Health serves the communities of Lorne, Apollo Bay, and the Surf Coast, providing high-quality, accessible healthcare close to home. Formed in 2019 through the integration of Lorne Community Hospital and Otway Health, we offer a range of services across our Lorne and Apollo Bay campuses. About the Role
The Prep Cook supports the Food Services Team in delivering safe, nutritious, and high-quality meals to residents, patients, staff, and visitors. This role supports the kitchen's overall operations and involves preparing ingredients, assisting with meal production, and ensuring compliance with GORH's Food Safety Plan and relevant regulations. Attention to dietary requirements, hygiene standards, and efficient kitchen practices is essential.
