Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to work in a community-led environment delivering impactful programs. As an Administration Officer, you will provide high-standard client-focused services and support to the Healthy Kids Clinic team.

The position acts as the face of the clinic, greeting and triaging all clients and visitors while working closely with the team to meet client needs. You will also provide administrative support to existing and future programs located within the Child Health Engagement Team.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will require:

* Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar qualification
* Ability to maintain high levels of privacy and confidentiality
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Suite
* Willingness and ability to travel to and work from remote locations
