What You’ll Do:
• Reporting to one of our Team Leaders, you will assist in managing a portfolio of residential and commercial strata schemes.
• Work closely with clients to provide advice, resolve issues, and ensure compliance.
• Learn how to navigate legislation, financials, and communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with our support network to deliver excellent service to our clients.
• The average portfolio at Strata Sense for trained and qualified managers are supported by a client experience team, accounts team, compliance team and meeting administration support teams.
What We’re Looking For:
• A proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented individual with a genuine interest in property and people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A desire to learn, grow, and build a career in a fast-paced, rewarding industry.
• At least two years’ work experience in a professional environment OR have a tertiary qualification in a complimentary background (law, accounting, finance, construction, project management
• Hold an assistant agents license or be prepared to complete the required qualification as soon as possible. If you don’t have this yet, we will arrange your training and ensure you have time to complete this on the job.
