Our Commercial Banking team supports more than 10,000 medium‑to‑large Australian businesses, typically with turnover up to $150 million and commercial debt of up to $100 million. Serving a diverse range of industries, we put our customers at the centre of every decision—delivering tailored solutions in business lending, transaction banking, cash flow and trade finance, asset finance, wealth, and risk management to help them grow with confidence.
Your impact
As a key member of the Relationship Management team, you will provide research support and analysis and develop an extensive database of client and industry specific information, ideas and solutions that will serve to build trust and strengthen relationships with our clients.

What You Will Be Doing
Build robust financial models to evaluate business performance and lending capacity.Analyse cash flow to assess repayment ability and overall financial health.Identify and assess lending risks and opportunities across diverse transactions.Prepare clear, compelling, and well‑structured credit submissions.Collaborate closely with product specialists to structure effective client solutions.Support internal reporting requirements and ensure timely delivery of insights.Monitor portfolio and client performance to help drive strong, sustainable outcomes.
What We Are Looking For
It’s no secret we’re a high‑performing team, and we’re looking for someone who brings the same energy and capability. In particular, you will bring:
Proven experience analysing and writing credit transactions within business or commercial banking.Strong capability in annual reviews, reporting, preparing credit submissions, and coordinating deal execution.A solid grasp of balance sheets, profit and loss, loan structures, and security arrangements.Confidence operating in a complex, deadline‑driven environment, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.Tertiary qualifications in commerce, accounting, or a related field; CA or CPA accreditation (or progress toward it) is highly regarded.
