Job Overview
A financial leader will oversee the control and closing of monthly financial processes across multiple entities ensuring compliance with relevant standards delivering accurate management reports overseeing cash flow, treasury operations, and intercompany transactions managing rental asset accounting and maintaining inventory registers guiding an offshore accounting team to deliver high-quality outputs driving process improvements and system integrity across platforms like Xero AroFlo Cin7 Intellievent Power BI and Excel acting as the primary liaison for auditors tax agents and banks.
* Oversight of financial control and month-end close processes

Key Responsibilities:
* To manage a team of professionals engaged in the preparation and presentation of complex financial information. This includes cash flow projections, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
* To develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures related to financial management and reporting. This includes the development of internal controls to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial information.
* To provide guidance on strategic planning, operational budgeting, and performance metrics to support business objectives.
* To collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
