Reports to: CEO Role type: Full-Time Location: Melbourne, AU, Gold Coast AU, or Remote The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Sales Director (GSD) to lead PingCo’s global sales efforts and drive ambitious revenue growth. This is a pivotal senior leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO and forming part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). The GSD will lead the sales organisation with a focus on building strong customer relationships, fostering a high-performance sales culture, and executing sales strategies that align with PingCo’s business goals. This role requires a proven track record of sales leadership, market development, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Lead the global sales function, delivering on revenue, market share, and growth targets across multiple regions. Build and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals, including seat counts and Microsoft-aligned metrics. Develop a high-performing team by setting clear KPIs, driving accountability, and supporting professional development through structured coaching and personal development plans. Oversee sales operations including CRM utilisation, territory planning, forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management. Champion PingCo’s customer relationship methodology to ensure the team delivers long-term, value-driven customer engagements. Support internal feedback loops with customer input. Collaborate with strategic partners (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, Ribbon) to drive co-selling opportunities and expand joint go-to-market activities. Provide timely and accurate reports to senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline health. Drive continuous improvement by analysing the competitive landscape and adjusting strategy as required. Ensure cross-functional alignment with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to optimise the customer journey and support scalable growth. Be an active and contributing member of the SLT, supporting business-wide initiatives and contributing to strategic decision-making.
