Job Description:
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for creating a friendly, secure, and stimulating learning environment for children. You will also provide individualised care and support to children, facilitate learning experiences, and monitor their engagement and progress.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide nurturing care for children
* Facilitate learning experiences for allocated groups of children
* Monitor children's engagement and learning progress to assess individual needs
* Evaluate effectiveness of different programs
* Create a friendly, secure, and stimulating learning environment
* Assist children with personal hygiene routines
Requirements:
* Cert III in Early Childhood Education or higher qualification
* Experience working with young children (0-5 years)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
