This is a hands-on, detail-driven role where you'll be the link between customers, sales, and our workshop technicians to make sure every new and used vehicle leaves the dealership fitted and ready to impress.About the RoleCoordinate and manage the fitting of accessories across new and used vehicles.Work closely with 7 skilled technicians and 3 supportive non-productive staff.Liaise with sales and service teams to ensure smooth scheduling and customer satisfaction.Oversee accessory orders, stock, and timelines.What We're Looking ForExperience preferred – especially with 4x4 and automotive accessories.Trade background an advantage, but not essential.Familiarity with Pentana DMS highly regarded.Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle priorities.A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Wayne Phillis Automotive?
