About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex, enterprise‑scale Salesforce solutions.
You will play a key role in shaping technical strategy, guiding development teams, and ensuring robust, scalable, and secure Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end technical architecture and solution design across Salesforce platforms.
Architect scalable, secure, and high‑performing solutions across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Design and oversee integrations in microservices‑driven, API‑first enterprises.
Provide technical leadership throughout the full project lifecycle, including discovery, design, build, testing, and deployment.
Ensure alignment with architectural best practices, governance frameworks, and industry standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
Guide development teams on best practices, coding standards, and integration patterns.
Support solution reviews, technical documentation, and architectural decision records.
Must‑Have Experience
8+ years in a Salesforce technical architecture role, with strong expertise across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Proven experience designing and delivering solutions in integration‑heavy, microservices‑driven enterprises.
At least one full‑cycle Salesforce implementation (greenfield preferred) on Financial Services Cloud.
Hands‑on experience working with and implementing credit decisioning systems.
Experience working within the asset finance sector is preferred.
