Job Title: Contract Administrator

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all contracts are administered efficiently and effectively, and that all stakeholders are kept informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:

* Preparing and administering contracts, including review and approval of tender documents
* Coordinating with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and consultants, to ensure timely completion of projects
* Managing and tracking project expenditure, including progress claims and variations
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
* Providing excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

* 5-10 years of experience as a Contract Administrator in a commercial construction environment
* Degree in a related field, such as construction management, engineering, or business
* Proven track record of successful contract administration and negotiation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work effectively in a team environment
