An established property group is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to oversee a portfolio of retail assets across Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for a retail property professional looking to take ownership of assets while working within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
This role will suit someone with strong retail centre management experience who enjoys managing both the financial performance and operational delivery of assets while building strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day management of a retail asset portfolio
* Prepare monthly financial reporting, forecasting and management reports
* Support annual budgeting and outgoings reconciliations
* Manage contractors and service providers to ensure centres are maintained to a high standard
* Build strong relationships with tenants and clients
The Candidate
* 3+ years experience in retail or commercial property management
* Strong understanding of retail leasing practices and the Retail Leases Act
* Experience managing budgets, forecasting and financial reporting
* Exposure to Cirrus8, MRI or similar property management systems (desirable)
* Valid driver's licence required
