We have two roles available - one at Tatura and the other at Mansfield
What you will be doing and delivering
Reporting to a Crop Care Supervisor, you will support the management of up to 20 team members working in our Capsicum crops. As a Crop Care Leading Hand, you will be responsible for:
* Training and inducting new team members
* Undertake all Crop Care tasks to ensure target times can be achieved
* Conduct quality checks of the team
* Support the Supervisor in additional duties
This role will suit someone who is passionate about coaching and developing others and takes pride in their work quality.
